In our Adult Kung-Fu Classes, you can be sure to have an energetic and enrichening workout. Each class is filled with drills and exercises that will:

  • develop your ability to generate relaxed power
  • developing your reaction time and speed
  • develop your ability to flow from one movement to the next smoothly



What to Expect:

  • You will learn how to easily and effectively break away from any type of grab.
  • You will learn how to strike and kick with maximum power while keeping relaxed.
  • You will learn how to block and move yourself efficiently.
  • You will learn how to use your peripheral vision to have enhanced awareness of your surroundings.
  • You will develop greater health and fitness through cardio circuits and group exercise routines
  • All methods come from 5 Animals Training. These animals are the Tiger, Crane, Snake, Dragon, and Panther.
  • One of the unique parts of our classes is at the end, we play "Kung-Fu Games", where we actually play a fun game relating to our techniques and skills!
